NB had a great week this week learning about some of the things that make our class similar and different as we discussed family and ourselves. Our class discussed height, and how some things and people are tall while others are short. We learned about rulers and meter sticks and how we can use them to measure short and tall things. You can help at home by using a ruler or measuring tape to mark how tall members of your family are. We did this in class and really enjoyed it!
This week we are celebrating book week at school. You may notice there are book vendors outside the Early Years building. Please feel free to shop with your children before or after school. This Friday, October 13 your child is invited to come to school dressed as a character from his or her favorite book!
